What To Bring To Your Appointment
Ann Arbor Medical Marijuana Card Clinic
We ask everyone to bring any supporting documentation to the doctors visit that they may have access to. This can be anything to help the physician understand the ailment and to help with the verification process. Without a source of documentation the physician will be challenged to issue a recommendation. Elderly, Disabled Veterans and those with obvious physical conditions may not require written documentation, but it is always welcome.
Once you arrive for your visit our staff will provide you with everything you need. You don’t need to bring any documents to your appointment, but if you would like an early start you can download the application PDF and have it filled out beforehand.
